Candace Bruzgulis
Candace is the central point of contact and co-ordination for all Kipling Partners’ clients, coaches and partners, ensuring that our service and approach is seamless, responsive and personalised.

Candace possesses a deep understanding the needs of our clients and works closely with key stakeholders and coaches to facilitate the preparation of all communications, documentation, reports and the ordering of assessment tools and profiling in line with the requirements of each coaching engagement. Candace is also responsible for ensuring the continuity and efficiency of all Kipling Partners business systems, data security and operating protocols.

Prior to joining Kipling Partners, Candace worked in the corporate sector across a range of industries and prides herself on her professionalism, organisational acuity, efficiency and discretion.

In line with the Kipling Partners values and business ethos, Candace is known for her professional, responsive and results-driven approach.

Raised in South Africa, Candace now calls Sydney’s South home, with her husband and English Staffordshire Bullterrier. She enjoys crafting, entertaining and spending time with family and friends, living each moment with absolute gratitude.

  • Business systems management – Working with information specialists to ensure the maintenance of secure, confidential and fit for purpose data management systems
  • Graphic Design – Managing and maintaining all components of the brand to ensure the core values, ethos and essence are consistently expressed in all client interactions, physical and virtual platforms.
