Catherine Heilemann
Catherine is an experienced Executive Coach who works with board members, CEOs, and senior leaders. Her pragmatic, strategic, calm approach helps the people she works with to gain clarity and insight, which in turn leads to improved outcomes for both themselves and the organisation.

Catherine’s 30+ years’ experience has seen her consult with and work within complex matrix organisations locally, regionally and globally. She has led, influenced and coached virtual and intact multifunctional teams. She has worked across IT, banking, insurance, Government, medical (biotechnology and instruments), mining, infrastructure and media and this depth of commercial experience informs her coaching practice.
Catherine’s approach to coaching blends her deep business experience (strategic, functional and tactical) with her knowledge and understanding of people and human dynamics. She is an accredited 360-leadership feedback and coaching practitioner, and a member of the International Coaching Federation and various psychological interest groups. Her unique capabilities bring about insights and learning that help those she works with to achieve positive change in their lives. Sydney is now home for Catherine but she originally hails from New Zealand. Raised in a small coastal town in the Bay of Islands she spent several years in Auckland before moving to Sydney. Outside of work her interests include: kayaking, endurance walking, cycling, travelling, live music, growing fruit and, of course, her family and friends.
