Gaby Riddington
Gaby has over a decade of experience partnering with organisations to provide impactful and innovative Executive Coaching, Team Coaching and Leadership Development Programs. As Managing Director of Kipling Partners she leads a regional team of over 35 executive coaches and facilitators, working across Asia Pacific.

As a highly experienced executive coach, Gaby works with C-Suite level clients across global geographies and complex stakeholder environments. She has a demonstrated track record in supporting executives to realise their leadership aspirations and deliver their strategy through building individual, team and organisational capability. 

With 22 years in executive roles, she brings commerciality, an understanding of organisational dynamics, and pragmatism. She creates a challenging yet rewarding environment that accelerates development and achieves sustained change.

Gaby was named the Australian 2000 Telstra Young Business Woman of the Year in recognition of her professional and personal achievements. Originally based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, Gaby and her family moved to Singapore in early 2018. They now call both home. A self-confessed bookworm, she is passionate about travel, snow sports and smart social policy.
