Katie O’Hara
Katie is an Accredited Executive Coach and works with C suite, Senior Leaders, Middle Managers and Executive teams in the Asia Pacific region. She provides her clients with the space to seek clarity, awareness and responsibility to make brave and transformative changes.

Katie’s passion for working in the field of performance development has lasted for over 30 years. This has included HR, training, consulting and facilitation as well as coaching. In that time her clients have been from a wide range of industries such as finance, legal, tourism, insurance and retail.

Her approach to coaching uses a 360-assessment tool, her extensive experience in leadership training and her curiosity to facilitate the coaching journey. Katie creates immediate comfortable environments in which individuals and teams can explore and reflect upon their true leadership impact and look at ways to make changes leading to their own success. She will encourage, challenge and dedicate herself to her client’s focus and goals.

Born in the UK, currently 16 years in Hong Kong, Katie continues to enjoy the delights of Asia with her husband and two daughters, born and raised in Hong Kong. When she is not working, she attempts to keep up with her daughters’ activities, including their Chinese homework but finds time to hike in the beautiful hills around her or swim in the sea.
