In her coaching practice, Liane combines the latest thinking in neuroscience with many years of line management and consulting experience to help clients create a personalised learning agenda that integrates with their professional and personal life goals, to bring lasting results. This approach enhances clients’ awareness of self and others, and supports them to move forward seamlessly as they adopt new approaches and experiment with new behaviours. This is underpinned by a coaching style that balances strategic insight and challenge, with energy, intuition and warmth.
In her spare time, Liane enjoys great food and wine with friends, especially at her home on the Mornington Peninsula. She uses reading and yoga as a way to ‘recharge’ both the mind and the body.
