APAC Head, Global NGO

“The coaching from Sean has been great. Defining the goals upfront helped to focus the sessions. The coaching was flexible and though some discussions were uncomfortable they forced me to look at things I needed to work on and helped me improve. A big help was the support between sessions and the availability of a sounding board on pressing matters.”

Senior Trader, Cargill APAC

“Sean was a good listener and cathartic to be able to chat to. He provided a great additional perspective from an outsider alongside clear instruction on people management and how people take feedback and give it; these were insights which I feel I have been lacking.”

MD Group Operations & Technology, United Overseas Bank

“Sean was very comfortable to talk to. The coaching was practical and he displayed a good understanding of the issues. It was always very useful dialogue and suggestions.”
