Shaun Langdon
Shaun is an experienced Executive and Business Coach, who is passionate about partnering with organisations, teams and individuals to build and sustain high performance cultures.

Shaun has extensive commercial, consumer, operations and marketing experience working within the luxury international hotel sector. For the last two decades, he has held senior management positions across Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Malaysia, India and the United Arab Emirates leading and developing some of the most iconic hotel experiences in the travel industry.

In his coaching practice, Shaun draws on a wealth of diverse professional and cultural experiences to cut through complexity to develop highly focused and personalised plans for individuals, teams and organisations that deliver lasting results. Shaun lives with his wife and two children in Victoria. He is passionate about travel, outdoor sports and spending quality time parenting his beautiful children.
