What is involved?
Executive Coaching programs are customised to suit each client’s requirements. A program involves 6 to 12 sessions over 6 to 12 months with agreed review periods.
All assignments commence with an in-depth needs analysis to determine the key focus areas and define what success looks like. Where agreed, key stakeholders are included in this process.
Kipling Partners is accredited in a range of assessment tools designed to support the coaching process. These are selected based on the individual’s need and relevance to the engagement.
